Untitled (Installation) 2010
Despite its visual referencing to architectural models this installation concentrates on the urban landscape, in particular the lack of a historical relationship that Tokyo city has with its buildings. A projected sequence of images onto MDF structures portrays the cities transient persona, highlighting its lack of fixed connotation; fragmentation reflects the isolation that can be found within this city and numerous cities around the globe.
